Booked a car at carrental8.com. Was given a car from dollar car rental at SFO airport. I was told to pay $160 and that my voucher from carrental8 would cover the costs. It was a bit confusing as the amount I had paid at booking was different. I therefore explicitly stated that I did not want any OPTIONAL add-ons. However, I was billed $60 for "roadsafe" - which apparently was an optional fee. After calling Dollar, they refused to reimburse this fee.
