Hector is a great salesman. He's a real charmer and I'm not one that is easily charmed. I fell for it. I carefully followed all of his direction as to setting time, etc. I had a small chip occur the 1st week, then another at about 10 days. Now it is starting to look like a spotted cat... approx. 3 months later. I have called him 5 times and I also texted him. All I hear is crickets! Everyone can have a bad job, but only bad people don't stand behind their work.
I'm disappointed, mostly in myself for not seeing through him. Don't deal with this guy!
