On October 14, 2011 our company entered into an agreement with a so called stock promoter/ investor with the supposed name of Dominic Alessandro. In a private placement; stock subscription agreement, Dominic Alessandro was to be given 800,000 shares in a company in exchange for $400,000.00. Needless to say, the shares were sent to him and immediately thereafter he dumped the shares on the market and our client ended up with nothing. His actions took the stock price from a high of $.55 to $.02. I have been informed by the directors of our company that they are pursuing criminal action.

After coming to, what we thought was an amicable agreement with Dominic Alessandro... We get duped again. This guy is nothing but a straight up thief and con man.
Our company has given up and is in the midst of filing a Criminal Complaint with the U. S. Attorney in Florida. Maybe Mr. Alessandro will get the drift when he is behind bars.
Do not do business with this guy. He is nothing but a straight up thief and liar.
