I was offered a credit card to improve my credit ratings with a one time fee of $279.00 which was taking out ot my checking account on September 17, 2004. I did received a package with an application for the credit card, i sent it back with a personal check and two weeks later a received a letter from (SMS Processing Department) saying that they are not connected with Dominion Financial and the card they offer is a "Pay as you go" Prepaid debit card.
