Bought A RUGER .45 CA CONVERSION CYLINDER FROM seller for MY DAUGHTER.
I PAID HIM IN FULL.
We NEVER RECEIVED THE CYLINDER.
WHEN CONFRONTED THE seller refused to send another OR refund THE
MONEY.
HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT HE WAS A small BUSINESS AND COULD NOT AFFORD TO DO SO! [he is a small person]
LATER GUNBROKER SAID THAT WE WERE GOING TO RECIEVE A REFUND.
THAT NEVER HAPPENED!

Here are the facts without the emotion, so you can judge if this person and his complaint have any credibility. Yes, he won one of my auctions and paid for the item. All my auctions at that time, including this one, stated clearly, "Insurance is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; it will be added at actual cost when requested." He chose to decline insurance, I suppose to save the $3.00. I shipped the item via 1st Class Mail with delivery tracking. The Post Office confirmed it was delivered. The customer had it shipped to a business location and was out of town at the time, so anyone in his office could have mishandled the package after it was delivered. Gunbroker reviewed all the documentation I submitted regarding his complaint and decided in my favor. I still sell on Gunbroker.com and my feedback score (as of today) is 688 A+ and 1 F (this person). So again, you be the judge.
