this is my Comments about the conditions Domino's Pizza Mangers and employees face in there employment with either the company or franchiese stores,. 

 How it was then and how it is now,.   

Yes the problem ly's with in the upper management at the world headqauters,. ann harbor, MI ,  all the money is going to them.. not to the whom it is ware the bread and butter comes from,.

when I left the company in Jan 1998 , it was starting to fall apart, in terms of turn over rate at the store level due to the declining sales not only at this store but other stores,.

I've read the latest over the last few years about domino's pizza and it doesn't look like things got any better in either the corporate or franchiese stores as far as Store Managers, and Employees, the turn over is extreamly RIDICULOUS , estimates of 300% At some stores.. com on,.

things were ok at the store ware I worked at until they put a moron for a Store Manager, our turn over was considered to be very low, we might have had a turn over of maybe five drivers, One or Two Phone persons over a two year period,. and yes this was a corporate store at the time,. but that changed from that point on,.

the turn over went threw the roof, in both store managers, then dirvers and so on,. sales went down and in the course of over a three year period they then Sold this Corporate store over to a franchiese whom later on relocated it.

When I first worked for domino's pizza until 1993, they Paid the Drivers by the mile not .75 cents a run,. It was $ 0.18 cents per mile,. and most if not all Store Managers Recived a Bonus even in a low valume store,. So there isn't any incentive for either the manager nor the drivers to push out a better delivery service.. more sales means more money.. but under current conditions its almost impossible for a manager to get a bonus,.

a store with an AWS of 9, 500 would probably get about an 800.00 a month bonus,. A store with an AWS of 11,500 would get between 1100. to 1600. a month bonus, a store with an AWS of 15,500 would get about 2800 to 3500 a month bonus from thouse stores,.

the store I first started at # 5091 " closed due to hurricane andrew 1992, the manager would get about 3500.00 to 5000. a month bonus in 1986 with an AWS of 17.000.. what you have here in your time is the lack of this incentive bonus for the store managers,.
