They do not operate under their real names and they are criminals. Donald Williams will play with your emotions and tell you whatever you want to hear.

He is a sick person. He loves getting his victims anger or upset. It gives him pleasure. He will make fake promises by saying he is going to wire you million of dollars and does nothing but give you fake date and times. Again it gives him sick pleasure watching his victims suffer.

They will get your bank accounts shut down after you had the accounts open and active for many years. They will request your personal information. They request that you make voice mails and text it to them. They will have you make videos on your cell phone and send it to them.

They keep giving you fake times and promises. They will tell you you will be millionaires and you will have a merry Xmas. They took well over $2k USD from me and my clients. They can deliver on nothing. The types of deals that claim they can do are dormant accounts.

They want to have a US receiver use their bank accounts to receive the money and then they want 60% wired back to them. They claim they can use credit card processor machine. THEY CAN DELIVER ON NOTHING. THEY LIE AND STEAL. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME.
