Donald Ray Washington is a known scam artist. He romances women to use their credit for his own benefit then moves on to his next victim. He has been charged with assault, theft, fraudulent possession of identifying information, tampering with a government record, forgery, and bail jumping. He is currently being sought by ASAP Bail Bonds in Montgomery County for a $50,000 bond forfeiture. Texas Bounty Hunters is also pursuing him. There is a reward for his arrest up to $10,000.
