Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We hired this person to help design our home. He was very rude and very full of himself when he showed up. Relunctantly we signed the contract with him and over 8 weeks time we paid him over FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.
This man or whatever he is, ignored our phone calls and to this day we have not heard from him. We are hiring an attorney to file suit against him.

This is a completely untrue account.
First of all, I have never had a client named "Mrs. Bush". If this were a true complaint they would have used their real name, not hidden behind a pseudonym - instead this is certainly someone too scared to reveal their true identity.
Secondly, it's not possible to have given me/my company $50,000 over an 8 week period because my contracts are not set up that way - any payments for design would never have been $50,000.
Whomever this is, I WELCOME a call from your so-called attorney so I can defend myself against this completely fabricated lie! Reveal your true identity so I can file a defamation lawsuit against you for making completely unprovable allegations against me and my business. Since this was posted in November of last year, you've had sufficient time to bring your suit against me. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I can respond, via my attorney, to your lies.

you are very fortunate if you have enough money to hire an attorney to help you with this situation If your attorney believes that you are a victim of fraudulent behavior go all the way do not let up hit them hard
