This particular agent had a job past the due day and after multiple failed attempts to get an update on the job and the missing photos to process the job. The client choose to cancel the job so we processed what we  had for the job to get paid something vs. nothing. Once they received payment for the job it wasn't what they expected. This is why turning your work in on time and communicating is very important.  I understand how hard people work for their check and I would not take any money that is not mine. I am not a person that sits in a office all day, I get in the field so I know what it like.
