I rented a villa on Sapodilla Bay in the Turks and Caicos islands from Dora Taylor. I wired her 1/2 the money and paid the other 1/2 by check. She did not own the villa nor have any right to rent it. Upon arrival with my family, the villa was occupied and I had to scramble to find alternative accomodations. She promised to refund my money, but she will no longer communicate with me. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH HER.
