 I got set up with this company to help with a loan modification. It has been 8 months and the only thing that was accomplished was a waste of time. They have not been in contact with me like they said they would so I have to contact them and they have absolutely done nothing but take my money. I was told to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy to save them some time to get my finance company to work with me on a loan modification. Only thing I received was a letter for foreclosure again because I failed to make the trial payment. When I looked at the paperwork my monthly income was wrong and immediately called them to have it corrected. That did not happen and I'm hanging on a limb here.
