The phone number is clearly listed on your credit card bill.. you may contact us anytime by phone or on AIM via Dotconsoledotcom or sales@dotconsole.com

IF you ever buy anything online and do not get what you ordered I advise you to contact your credit card company and get a 100% refund.

Its what I would do.

Unfortunately this seems to be a bogus post placed by a competitor website.
