The individual making this report has not given all of the pertinent information on this complaint.
There are certain guidelines in place which are required in order to help provide our customers with a loaner vehicle, in consideration of privacy, I will not disclose what the customer did not have which is a part of his contract.  The consumer did have an issue with the fuel pump, which was not covered under the warranty which came with the car.
However, we financed the repair for the customer at a 0% interest rate with a small downpayment.
We understand that things can happen to a used car that is nothing that we as a company or the customer can see coming. Mechanical items such as an automobile break all the time, by offering the service of financing a repair on our cars interest free, we help the customer in a way that most can and will not do.
The car also had a seperate issue that the customer had not complained about and had not shown itself until after the repairs were made to the fuel pump. The towing he complained about was paid by warranty. The car was looked at immediately upon return to the shop and repairs were made immediately, the only item waiting for delivery is a relay to be in this week and the customer was offered to come pick up a loaner car with proof of proper documentation and has not picked it up.
I will follow up on this complaint when the car is picked up by the customer and give a final report.
