Before I write about my experience, let me say that before I ordered from this company, I looked on the rip-off report to see if this company was on this list. They were not, so I thought it would be OK to order from them. I was wrong.

Dottimart has a nice website, they answer e-mails, and they have good prices, so it seems safe to order from them, however the products I received were far less superior than they type of item they claim to sell.

I ordered a replica Louis Vuitton bag and wallet and it did arrive within a week of placing my order. The quality however was VERY dissapointing. It did not look authentic by any stretch of the imagination and the wallet was literally falling apart as soon as I opened the box. It wasn't even the one pictured on the website.

I then contacted the company about placing a return because I was not satisfied. Their policy is that you need an authorization number to return an order. Their first email back was simply "You need an authorization number to make a return" but I was given no authorization number(I made my dissatisfaction very clear on my email, so they knew I wanted to return my purchase).

I then sent another email to ask for an authorization number and they did send an authorization number within 3 days. However, because of their return policy(they charge a 20% restocking fee and you do not get shipping/handling refunded), I kept the products. I made that decision after much thought, but I was worried they would not even refund me. I just had a bad feeling about this whole situation and want to warn people about this company. Yes, you will probably get your order, but it may not be the quality you expect. Be forewarned and don't waste your money.
