I have been playing/gambling on DoubleUCasino since 10/12. I don't know the exact amount of money I have spent playing, but it is a lot of money. This month, 3/14, I have spent nearly $1,000.00 to play at this casino. I believe this game is rigged.

It seems that the more I buy, the more easily I lose. I am not betting enormous amounts and cannot understand why I am not able to win, which is why I think their games are rigged. DUC advertises that their payoffs are better than "real casinos", but that is not true.

I have tried to contact their Help Center, but I am not able to leave a written message to complain about this. Under their terms and conditions, I cannot request a refund because they only allow a refund if only 10% of the chips you buy are used. This policy is unfair, because by the time you realize how much you have lost, it's too late to do anything about it. Plus, you are only allowed to get a refund once.

I have learned an expensive lesson and cannot afford to play in their casino again. Their games give you a false sense of winning, but, you still lose. I have read other players complaints and wondered why they don't just stop playing. Now I can understand their frustrations. Gambling is an addiction and DUC knows this.

I take full responsibility for my choices, but looking back, DUC was enticing me with their special offers, free spins, bonuses, and new games. They encourage you to make more friends so that you can collect more gifts (chips). Everyday they encourage you to buy more chips. They use your photo and show how many chips you have. I purchased enough chips to become a VIP, which I thought was "special". It is embarrassing to be a "broke" VIP.

I doubt that anything can be done about my complaint.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
