To whom ever that may read the post from the author that is located in Laguna Beach, please call any leasing company to verify how these programs work from A to Z. Once you're educated on how equipment leasing programs work you will then know that the statement above is flat out not true.

Who ever filled this report made a bogus staement on me and the industry in general. To start equipment leasing companies do not sell capital equipment to potential clients. It is the client who comes to the leasing company whom they have chosen a vendor to to purchase equipment from. In regards to shady lenders, I don't know where your getting this from. The lenders/banks in the industry are major financial instutions and not some guy who is a loan shark. I have NEVER done a deal for a client in Laguna Beach so who ever made this up is full of bs. I've never burned a client. I've had repeat business and all of my clients were very happy and refered other companies to me because of this. In regards to interest rates, I have never used a bait and switch tactic. Also, I've never heard an owner complain that my deals are bad nor has a client ever refered to me as a "con artist".

Finally you listed companies in your report that a great businesses to work for. I highly recommend sales reps should work for them. It is unfortunate a former company I worked for has had bad press. I left that company in 2004 and the bad press on that company came out in 2007.
