Doug Selman of Doug Selman builders is a crook and a con artist and will take your money and takes forever to do a job. when he finally does do something, the work is substandard and the home is not livable. he has done this to several people, and the better business bureau gave him an "F". we spent our entire life savings on this home and now we have nothing but a house that is falling apart and needs to be demolished due to NOTHING was done correctly, mostly the supporting structures.

when we told him of the problems , he just downplayed them and when he did try to fix any of the problems, he only made them worse. he doesnt supcontract out for his work, instead he has minimum wage employees who work for him that do incredibly messy work that is unsafe. He lives in a 1.3 million dollar home with exotic animals, several acres of land, and drives expensive vehicles. he nothing more than a common thief.
