(((REDACTED))) Canada This is the scammers address. He goes by douthoma6 on eBay. Purchased an item from me which I shipped using USPS Express Mail Int'l. He received the item in June and filed an unauthorized use chargeback with his credit card company. Did not respond to a message I sent through eBay, asking for an explanation.
Paypal is fighting the fraud for me and has determined I am not responsible for it, as he signed for the item and also paid customs charges when he picked it up at the post office. USPS and Canada Post tracking show HIS NAME as the person who signed for the item!
