I have managed community by-myself for two years to help my community. For the first time this year we had board, and I talked the new board into hiring this company, worst mistake I ever done.
From beginning I noticed a lot of issues, our property is not being maintained, Covenants is not being enforced, Bylaws are not being enforced, our vendors were not being paid, we lost our landscaping and DPM Company lies.
Now this company is harassing me over not knowing what they're doing. After being harassed by the property manager, I have called in tears, begging him to please leave me alone, and the man was laughing.
I feel that all my sacrifice, all my time, all my personal finance went down the drain by hiring this company.
Additionally, my name is being slandered with lies, I have witnesses and records.

This indivdual has not been harrassed by our company. she is an ex Board member of her commuity that forced off teh Board by the community and feels we should have done something to stop it as she is a control person that was not able to let go. Additionally she wass the one that hired our company to run the assocation less than 3 months ago.
