This company and it's owner Thomas Satterthwaite is nothing more than a scam. There is never any followup when you contact them and none of the commitments made by Mr. Satterthwaite were ever kept. He targets schools and offers to help them with fundraising but allowing you to set up a web site and have children download all their ring tones and music and promises to deliver 50% of the profits back to the school.

He is unprofessional, does not keep his word and on several occasions used the same excuse i.e. my kid is sick as an excuse for being late or never responding.

I urge all schools to stay away from downloadfundraiser.com in general and Mr. Satterthwaite in particular.
