DownloadInstant.com or Minutedownload.com Fraudulent Microsoft Office software Washington DC

I purchased, via download, Microsoft Office with an acitivation key.  The key was invalid with Microsoft. 

I could only contact InstandDownload via Chat since the telephone number shown is a non-working number.  Through the Chat link, I attempted to receive a refund.  Jason, the Chat represtative, said he'd inititiate a refund credit.

After a weekly followup, he lied, telling me he issued the credit.  On my credit card statement the company is list as MICORSOFT download (not Microsoft).  The telephone number listed next to the company name is fraudelent as well.  They're using another company's toll free number.
