DownTown Auto Sales Sold me a vehicle with a BAD transmission and refused to pay for labor. Mechanic told me to F*ck myself. $3,000 worth of Damage(Transmission, Brakes, Roders,CV Joints). NEVER BUY THERE Manchester New Hampshire

I purchases a vehicle from Downtown Auto Sales in Manchester, NH. Dave Moran is the owner. I bought the vehicle and one day later i noticed a slip in the transmission. I brought it to a transmission specialist and he told me that the transmission was bad.

I reported it back to the dealership and after multiple arguments they said they would replace it. I then got it replaced(they claimed). Not even two months later the car starting pissing out transmission fluid. At this point I had brought the car to multiple mechanics.

The transmission had been put in inproperly and bad parts had been used for the fixing of the transmission. The car also had bad brakes, roders, and transmission problems. Were looking at about 3,000 in damage. The transmission was under warranty and they refused to fix their mess up.

The mechanic told me to pay more for the vehicle to fix it(even though the part was under warranty). He was trying to charge me a 1,000 dollars in Labor. I paid $8,400 for the vehicle with a $1,000 down and $500 to register the car in massachusetts. I had it for two months and there was all these repairs and they were not taking responsibility for anything.

These guys hung up on me on the phone and they swore at me. I was being respectful in every manner. They are unprofessional and flat out crooks. They were criminaly negligent by using bad parts to seal the transmission fluids. I could have been seriously hurt on the highway when the car broke down. I almost lost control of the vehicle when it broke down.

I could have been seriously injured. NOBODY should EVER buy a car from this dealership. They do not care about the customer AT ALL. As soon as u sign the deal they dont maintenance their vehicles properly and their training or lack their off is very skepticle. I hope that this message helps other people avoid this situation because it cost me thousands.
