Dr Eddy Jourdan@ Jourdan Financial Loan Scammed me out of $850 for security fees and activation fees for an approved business loan. Bronx New York

I was contacted by Mr Jourdan after being matched for a bad credit business loan. He said he is a private investor that buys bank securities and does private low interest business loans all the funds for the transaction is secured and deliveried by Valley National Bank, NYCity, NY. I was told I was approved for my business startup loan of $ 350,000. I thought this was legite because of so called association of Valley National a well known bank here in united states After accepting the approval of loan I was told I would have to pay a $450 security fee via Western Union to recieve my loan as a bank to bank transfer. I did so. I was contacted the morning the loan was to be transferred and was told there was a problem with the transfer and I needed to send another $ 300 to have my bank account activated for transfers into Valley National Data base. As soon as they recieve the fee my loan would be transferred into my account. I sent him the $ 300. He emailed and told me the fee was recieved and my loan was initated for transfer. I awaited all day anxiously checking my account to see that loan appear. It did not. I was contacted by email to tell me that my account was rejecting the transfer and for me to be able to complete my loan transaction I would need to send a courier fee of $ 398 to recieve my loan by cashier check. That is when I told him he is a fraud and I am contacting every media venue to warn everyone about him and his company. Trust me, the Nigerian internet scam exist in NY.
