I purchased this program through Instagram on my mobile phone.

On each page of their sales pitch they state a full 30 day money back gaurantee. So I felt good in purchasing the program for one year. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THAT IF YOU UPGRADE TO PURCHASING THE PROGRAM FOR ONE YEAR THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I don't understand the logic... purchase for 1 month = get refund, purchase for 1 year = no refund. This is a scam!!!

The app doesn't work as advertised. When you try to contact the company with a question or concern it takes several days for someone to get back to you, if they get back to you AT ALL.

When I received the call back from my email to them to cancel my account and get my full refund - as advertised - I was told because I upgraded my program to a year he couldn't issue me a refund. I purchased this on 8/14/19 and I got the call back to cancel on 9/6/19 - CLEARLY WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD. I asked to speak to his manager to which he first responded that he didn't know who he could transfer me to and then changed his story to he is the manager. Total scam.
