This doctor reviewed my disability claim for the Veterans Benefits Administration as a Subject Matter Expert. I was a Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC in 1986 and was exposed to toxic water. Many years later I developed serious medical issues all linked by independent doctors to exposure to the toxic water.
This doctor was hired by the VA to deny as many claims as possible. Thanks to her negligence, I have to go through the appeal process which will take at least 5 more years. In the end, I will get my benefits.
The VA hires only hires doctors that deny as many claims as possible. The motto of the VA should be "Deny, Delay, Wait Until They All Die".
I have also learned that this doctor is hired by insurance companies to deny worker compensation claims. This was a major factor in Dr. Elliot becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the VA.

Social Security approved my disability

Given the fact that Social Security received the same medical records, and approved my full disability, I disagree with your comment. The Department of Veterans Affairs is well known to delay and deny legitimate disability claims. It is sad but true that the VA is not on the side of the veterans. I learned that first hand.

These Drs are not hired to deny disability because all over the country benefits are denied every day! There needs to be solid and I mean SOLID proof that you are completely disabled and unable to work in the future. Just the way the GOVERNMENT works. SO if you don't like it then hire an attorney who specializes in this type of work. And NO I do not work for any individual or entity in this report.
