Great Dr. that makes stupid decisions.
In October of 2020 Dr. Jay S. Weingarten gave my ex-wife Jacqueline Morgan-Van Montague a bottle of Seroquel (Quetiapine).

An powerful atypical antipsychotic medication used for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder.
Side effects include:
Low blood pressure with standing, seizures, high blood sugar, tardive dyskinesia, and neuroleptic malignant syndrome
Here's the problem.
He gave it to a diabetic. with low blood pressure and high sugar levels.
It raises the blood sugar levels and lowers blood pressure.
She is not a patient of his.
The medication was prescribed to his deceased father.
He handed her the bottle nonchalantly.
She offered me some. I said you could not pay me to take that garbage.
As a doctor he should know better. It's a felony.
With a proper examination, this would not happen.
She loves sleeping pills too much.
He could have killed her.
