Jeffery J. Belle is a convicted Felon, not an MD and not a PhD.  He has a history of stealing, mostly from women, never pays his debts and has had Warrants from several states across the United States.  Mr. Belle presently runs the Respiratory Clinical Institute located in Pleasant Hill, California.  He has had at least 8 marriages, 5 children and has even left the country in order to avoid prosecution.  Mr. Belle is a Psychopath.
