I took my 14 year old daughter to have a mole checked out. We arrived early for out appointment as we were new. The front office staff were unprofessional to say the least, however, very nice. They spoke of personal business, chewed gum sort of acted like school girls.

When we got in the room, a nurse was with us and she remained the whole time. She explained to us when the doctor came in that he moves fast, I did not yet know what exactly that meant. Well, the doctor came in, no introduction, "take your shirt off" (a 14 year old, could have been a little more professional). He spent approx. 10 seconds looking at her back and proclaimed alright we need to take 4 off her back. The mole we were there for was on her chest, not back. He began rambling off a bunch of techl terms that we were unable to follow; as he spoke he turned around to this table and when he turned back around he was sticking a needle in her.

He did not prepare us whatsoever that he was going to perform a procedure, my daughter stared at me in disbelief as before I could object, he had a razor blade and was slicing. My daughter and I were both shocked at this point, tears started to fill her eyes and I was holding her hands trying to help her... He never stopped rammbling the whole time. We have no clue what this man said.

He again turned around (I assumed to get gauze as now she was bleeding), when he turned back around he had something the resembled a mini welder. My daughter went to block this device I grabbed her arms as I did not want her to get hurt. He sealed it, got up still rammbling and left the room. At this point I was stunned trying to ask the nurse what just happened. She was helpful in understanding all the rammbling. My daughter at this point was not speaking and was looking up at the celling just wanting to get the Hell out of there.

I concluded my business as she stood in a corner near the door, still not speaking. They schedule us to come back the results I still shocked set the appointment to get the results, with every intention on leaving my daughter at home.

We are 3 weeks out of the procedure and the wound is not even close to healed. I did not make the appointment for the results as they want to charge me a $95.00 visit to get the results. I am going to attempt to have her primary get them, if that does not work I will go up there and request my copy. I have no balance owed with this doctors office.

When they called stating I missed the appointment today, they stated the results came in and further work was needed. I asked how pressing the matter was and the girl on the phone stated to me "well, it wont kill her".

Please do not go to this doctor! He is all about the money and does not give a crap about you. He was rude, cocky and unprofressional. My daughter is going to have a horrible scare in a very noticable area... Had he of slowed down he would have been able to remove just what was needed not the surronding area as well.
