During my lawasuit I was required to have an expert witness. One day Dr. Shamoun called me on the phone offering expert witness services. I believe that the doctor I was suing, Dr. Ptak, paid an expert witness, Dr. Shamoun, to pretend to be my expert witness during my lawsuit so that my case would be dismissed with prejudice. Dr. Shamoun tricked me. He claimed I had suffered many risks that he listed in his affidavit. Then I scheduled a deposition. During this deposition Shamoun stated that he was unaware if I had suffered risks from the surgery, simply stating that he had never examined the patient (me). I was sitting right there in front of him giving him this deposition and my damage was obvious. I know this because Shamoun even admitted to seeing the damage in photos during the deposition. Shamoun also acted very suspiciously when he told me to picket outside of Ptak's office during my lawsuit against Ptak! I did not follow his advice and I believe he hoped that I would do this so my case would be dismissed. Shamoun also kept telling me to end my lawsuit. "you're gonna lose!" he taunted me.

Fraud happens in real life, not just in MOVIES as you claim. Yes, it is possible for an expert witness to be fraudulently hired by an unscrupulous company to pretend to be on your side, when secretly they are on the side of that unscrupulous company. And If Shamoun was on my side then why the hell did he tell me to go and PICKET outside of Ptak's office? Answer that one please! Obviously he hoped that I would go and picket and then get my case dismissed. And why did he keep telling me "you're gonna lose!"? If he was my expert then one would think that he would believe in my case a little more than that!
Also, why did he mislead me to think that he would testify that I suffered an injury and then conveniently back out right in the middle of the deposition. He tricked me and I fell right into his trap. I wonder how often things like this happen to people like me. It is sad.

Richard, you are simply mad at losing your case. Expert witnesses don't win or lose cases - and they don't work for the other side.
You have watched to many movies - in real life there are no double agents - at least as expert witnesses.
The truth hurts Richard. Let it go and move forward - or file a lawsuit and see what happens.
Its easy to sit online and slander - your just acting like a teenage bully - geek behind an avatar.
Or one of the hate mongers behind a website.
You should focus on your lawyer and why he lost your case instead of everyone else.
Did you check to see if the Court Reporter was in on it too? And the bailiff?
Just Sad - and you tried to post your address and number below - RipOff had to remove it - this is a bit much.
