I purchased the Dr. Miracle System to give me a great conditioner and relaxer.

Well, just the opposite has happened.

I started experiencing severe hair loss. My scalp now has  dandruff and itches constantly.

This product needs to investigated because they are using false advertising.

Since my incident I know of two other ladies who used this product and had severe hair loss as well.

The other side of the story

I am sorry that your hair fell out, but your report is missing some vital information. Many women with previously relaxed hair are eager to try the next new "best" relaxer. Often times in the past, I have treated all relaxers the same. You mix in the activator and go to work. The problem with this approach is the directions for use vary from relaxer to relaxer. The warning label on the box advises "Do not use on hair that has been permed withproducts containing ammonium bisulfite." Did you attempt to make certain that the relaxer you had previously used did not contain ammonium bisulfite (many do)? Further, this relaxer also instructs NOT to comb this relaxer through during the smoothing portion of application. In the past I have combed through to attempt to get my hair straighter. This relaxer also suggests that you use only Dr. Miracle products as you may be subject to a variety of results. I have used this product, as directed with great results. I do have very course hair that is able to substain some abuse without falling out. I do know of others who have had issue with this product. Those people eventually revealed upon further questioning that they did not follow the directions. I will also add that not every product is for everyone. I would strongly suggest now that you see a professional to help you to bring your hair back to a healthy state.
