Dr. Payman Simoni has been sued at least 3 times in New York, and is currently being sued for medical malpractice case in Nassau County - you can look it up online - Koropshinsky vs Simoni. And he was successfully sued by a woman in CA for malpractice.

Dr. Simoni calls his patient a drug addict. That seems a little childish and unprofessional. He put on his add that people do not wan to pay their bill. This makes not sense since everyone pays upfront.
