Several months ago my husband Michael paid $ 98 for items that I never received. After contacted Dr. Perricone/Guthy Renker Company several times I asked them to remove me from their mailer and to never send products to us again. Since it took 4 months to receive our first order. Now, after several months they have sent another bill for $268.71 for items we never received, but, never ordered. Now, they threaten to forward the bill to a collection agency if we don't pay them $ 268.71. I've sent them emails that we have not received any merchandise from them but they have not answered nor replied.
