Dr. Kinchi Peter Yeung is ex-UMP dental centers, so that says it all. They are trained in doing damage to scam people out of bucks - the rest of the dentists there just hide his injuries to avoid insurance payouts.

The third-rate dentists in Hong Kong are all used to doing this and engage in all kinds of fraud to hide this individual's malpractice.

Americans in Hong Kong think he's got a few people recently with his laser substitution racket. They're in pain for months and have big bills to fix his damage.
