Dr Phil Repair Center DO NOT GO TO "DR. PHIL'S" FOR REPAIRS OF ANY KIND!! YOU'LL BE SORRY AND FLEECED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!! Boston Massachusetts

Do Not Go To "Dr. Phil's" For Repairs Of Any Kind!! You'll be sorry!! And Fleeched Out Of Hour Hard Earned Money!!

I accidentally broke the glass on my Ipad2, So I took it to this crook "Dr. Phil"! After I showed it to him, without my consent..He started ripping the broken screen off  my Ipad2! He told me it would cost me $130 to replace it!  So hesitantly, I agreed to leave it with him and his idiot assistant. He gave me a day for it to be ready and I waited. 

I returned on the the day he promised it would be ready, but he gave lame excuses why it was not yet ready! Finally, 2 weeks after the agreed on date of repairs...It was ready, or so I thought! This liar and buffoon "Dr. Phil", replaced the screen and put it on backwards!!! It had all kind of dust and dirt and fingerprints on the inside of the screen, near the digitizer !! 

To make matters worse, this dummy,did not secure one of the corners around the edges of my tablet!! This caused the screen to be uneven, and break again and crack!!
I returned to his "pig feet" operation of a shop, I showed him what he did wrong and he had the nerve to say: " My friend I did not put it on upside down and I was sure to seal each corner!!" I told him that he did a terrible job & I wanted him to replace the screen free of charge!! Because he did a half a%$ job, fixing my broken Ipad2 screen! 

He had the nerve to tell me: " Give me $60.00 more, and I will replace your screen." I promptly told him to go you know what, to himself!! 

Long story short, if your electronics gets damaged i.e. broken cell phone screen, tablet, PC or anything....Do yourself a huge favor! AVOID "DR. PHIL'S" LIKE THE PLAGUE!! 

He is a liar and a laughable electronics repairman!! He does not have a clue what he is doing, either!! It's like, leaving Stevie Wonder behind the wheel of a Greyhound bus! Things will not end well!! 

He wasn't even going to give me a receipt, until I made him!! He called from a blocked number, to tell my device was fixed?!

I should have known better, because this clown's shop is right next to a Chinese takeout restaurant?!?  
His assistant is also as dumb as a bag full of doorknobs!! That retard could not fix a kick ball game, let alone your valuable electronics.
No warranty, No receipt, are normal business practices!!  

Just some heavy handed old fool with the finesse of a caveman!! And his simpleton of a co-worker, doing more damage than repairs to people's valuable electronic devices!!  Do not go here, You'll regret it!! A flim flam artist, with some laughable Kinko's homemade looking electronics repair credentials posted on the wall, of  his "Kool Aid" stand  looking shop!!

I am planning on contacting Martha Coakley's office and the Consumer Protection Division of Massachusetts! I am beyond angry!!
