A so called "Independent Medical examiner" Who sides solely for the insurance companies he works for.
This link below will provide you and your lawyer everything you need to refute any and all claims he makes to deny your disability claim. He is known to blame illness or injury on pre-existing conditions, or longstanding disorder.
It is people like this that give good doctors a bad name and should have licenses revoked for medical fraud that favors the insurance companies.
