The doctor and staff are pretty friendly but don't be fooled. He's not bad if you're going for and paying 250-350 FUE's, but if you're planning on getting more than that you might want to consider another doctor. I went for two procedures with him, I had a strip surgery done bad doctor who was negligent and left a pretty bad scar in the back of my head, so I went to Jones and he told me he would be able to fix the scar using this new technology, unfortunately after the two surgeries and $15k later the scar is still there. He's not a terrible doctor, but not very honest, and you will only receive about a quarter or less than what you're actually paying for.
