Dr. Saul Berger of Encino performed extensive, unnecessary, harmful surgery on me without proper informed consent.

Before surgery, I was highly functional, physically active, happy and healthy, and ran my own successful, meaningful businesses. I am now horrifyingly disfigured, in agonizing chronic pain, ill health, disabled, and dependant on social services.

The harm I experienced from Dr. Berger wasn’t just what he did to me in surgery. His post-surgical actions caused me tremendous additional damage.

Other doctors have seen that the surgery Dr. Berger did was crippling, and not medically or cosmetically acceptable.
