Dr Tan ripoff Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Have been a patient of this doc since 1999, have several health problems that i see specialists for. Last month was discharged as a patient of this doctor ( and she refesed to explaine beyond I havent seen her since january for followup. The followup she is refering to is for diabetes, and see another doctor for that ( endo, who specializes in diabetes) Have called Dr Tan a couple times this yr, and she either refered me to another doctor, or told me to use some over the counter medication without seeing me. The one time she said to use an over the counter medication was for some red bumps that formed on my feet. Understanding that foot problems in diabetics can be dangerous as soon as i noticed something different i called, and she instructed me to use an athletes foot product on my feet. Without seeing me in her office. I have also had problems with abcesses that require surgery so she had no idea if this was what was forming. She refered me to an ent specialist to remove ear wax 3 weeks ago ( something i could do if i could see in my own ear, so did not require a specialist)

Her main thing for firing me as a patient was not going in for followup, however she refere me out to doctors to handle the care necessary for all the medical problem, and believe it was a thing about my mental health issues, or whatever. She also did the same for my girl friend ( we got the letters the same day) stting my girl friend cancled an appointment in mid January and never rescheduled ( she cancled because she dont drive anymore and I had just had surgery so wasnt able to drive for 10 days, she reschudled and kept that appointment) Dr tan undermined the doctor of choice we decided on sayin we both didnt show up for appointments, and I had to scramble for another doctor appoint wiht someone that had an office on the other side of the city ( is a big city when not feeling well, plus the new doctor doesnt work in a hospital that is near us) My girl friend has numerous health problems, like me handled by specialists. She hasnt been back to Dr Tan as this yr she was actually healthy, however Dr tan did treat some lung problems for her and her treatment actually made my gf sick for months instead of treating it agressively and knocking the lung infection out quickly. For my abcess care she put me on so many different antibiotics they no longer work for me and developed another allergy to them ( have 2 antibiotic classes i can no longer take due to allergy, and several that i can take but dont work) I have also endured enough cat scans with contrast that showed nothing, that i glow in the dark, have had 2 major surgeries this yr because antibiotics are not working, and need to get my new doc up to speed for arthritis care ( maybe get something that dont kill the stomach, but works)

oh we have insurance that paid Dr Tan, so it wasnt that she wasnt paid, and I have seen the end of every 3 months for diabetic care and got my necessary blood tests each time.
