I had smartlipo done with Dr. Malan on my abdomen and it was the worst decision of my life! My tummy is lumpy and uneven and you can see deep dimples. I know that this is not normal. I hate the way I look now. I have been researching this on the internet and I see that people only have one or two lumpy spots and they are small and almost unnoticeable in case they have any.

Dr. Malan refuses to see me again. I cannot wear a bikini anymore and I dont even let my husband see me without clothes on. I am really angry since I know this cannot be fixed!

The name used in this posted comment is not in my patient files, but if you underwent a procedure at Innovative Cosmetic Surgery I want to ensure that you are pleased with the results.

Patient satisfaction has always been my top priority and the number one goal for my staff. Prior to every procedure, I carefully evaluate the needs of the patient and my ability to meet those needs. If I do not feel I can provide a patient with the results they desire, I will not perform the surgery.

If you're unsatisfied with the results of a surgery I performed, please contact me directly so that I may personally evaluate your results and address your concerns. I do not charge a professional fee for touch-ups performed within six months of surgery. It's important in any relationship to maintain open, straightforward communication.

I look forward to the opportunity to provide the best results possible.

Is he a Licensed Plastic Surgeon?? You can check on the website of American Association of Plastic Surgeons


Question - did the Doctor ask you to wear a body suit/girdle after surgery and did you see him for follow ups?
