I ordered this skin care treatment in January of 2009, I used it for several weeks and did not feel it was performing as advertised, I returned in a timely manner with all of the appropriate documentation for their "guaranteed money back if not satisfied. I was not satisfied and though I fulfilled my end of the bargain.....they have not had the courtesy to address my problem at all. I cannot get any answer from the email nor can i get a return phone call or any answer at all from the 800 number they advertize. What is totally ironic is there claim that "Dremu is comitted to the complete satisfaction of every customer with our skin care products"......really...they might try answering there phones and email and standing behind their "gurantee" I will be sending this same complaint to Oprah Winfrey....as they are using her name and picture to advertise this totally untrue guarantee
