I ordered two dresses and encouraged several others to do so from www.dressale.com. Our event was April 30, 2011. The dresses were all ordered at the beginning of March 2011. We were all assured that our dresses would arrive no later than the 20th & 23rd of April.

Here are the Emails that went back and forth.
Order was placed March 10, 2011

Hello customer,
This is from dressale ,please make sure the dress details bellow :
1.     Color  
 
2.   Size 
4.   we will let you get the dress by 20th April according to its process, is that proper?

Yes, that is proper. I need it by April 20th

We have one gala tomorrow. My dress and my daughter'sn dress were to be worn for that occaision. We were told it would be here in time. No one even called to let us know that the would not be read and I was assured that the would be here no later than Friday. The next gala is April 30 which means we will need them NO LATER than April 26!!!
 
When Rose called me about these orders, before I placed these orders, she guarenteed us the would be HERE  IN TIME! Giving me a discount next time, you say... Do you think I would order again from your company if you cannot and will not deliver the goods THIS TIME!!!
 
You take my money and you do not live up to your word! That seems like a scam! And... Decitful and thievery! Especially since I spoke with someone already last week and the PROMISED we would have the dreses TOMORROW! It is too late to get other dresses and ou have ruined ONE event already!

I sent you several people to get dresses.
 
Myself, daughter Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, another guest Jane Xxxxxxxxx, and several others who I have not heard from regarding whether their dresses will be done for this event! You have all along dishonored our arrangement and had no intention of delivering on time! You are dishonorable and we will write on the internet to let others know that your company is a fraud! There is no indication of the dresses making it here by Firday at the very least. Mrs. Xxxxxxxxx said she was on the phone discussing this with your company yesterday and you informed her it would not come until May 20 which is a month later than the dresses were suppose to be here. You have ruined this day for many.
 
I will do all I can to spread the word about how dishonest you are.

My son's wedding is today. My dress & my daughter's dress are not here. I wish to get a refund for BOTH dresses and cancel the orders! Refund money and put BACK onto my credit card.

Hi,We custom make all the dresses online, so we need time to make it and then ship the dress to you. Usually it will take about one month to let you get the dress that you can find on our website. Really, hope that you can extend us more time to make it.
However, if you stick to cancel this order, we will do that for you, but there is a charge for the wasted fabric and the handling fee for money bonkers ,that will make us suffer a lot,so pls reconsider.I will wait for your confirmation.

ABsolutely NOT! The dresses were suppose to be here by APRIL 20 & 23! MY son's wedding was yesterday!


YOU cost me ALOT of extra money for my dress, my daughter's dress, new shoes for both of us, and other accessories! NO NO NO! You lied when you told us the dresses were to be ready! You caused me angst, and worry and many many tears!
 
YOU have all these emails to look at! You see how I begged you to have it for me! YOU have taken my money and NOT produced the goods on time! Send me my money! ALL OF IT! You are liars, dishonorable and now...THIEVES!
 
I EXPECT ALL OF MY MONEY!  I am going to start writing very bad reviews about you online as well, so no other person has to have the heartbreak we all did! 


DO NOT ORDER your dresses from here! You will be sorry! I hope I can help others to keep them from the !$%R*^&$ we went through!

Now that you have been shown for whom you are why dont you just go back and FIX your company. Have you ever heard of ethics and even kindness? Why do you choose to lie to your customers? Stop harassing the people on this site with your lies! Go away! You will probably now use different people, right?! You people are disgusting.

After several more email exchanges and not getting my money or dresses...I have contacted moneybookers and they told me they were starting an investigation.

Dressale.com have not started the dresses as of yet, and want to charge me $70 per dress for "wasted fabric". Their lies are unbelieveable! One says one thing, while another says something completely opposite.

I ordered 2 dresses. Neither of them EVER came. They have not been made. There is no wasted fabric. I was told that they were not started and "could I give more time". I want my money credited back to my account for both dresses! The event we needed them are long past. There is no more excuses. There is no more reason to make the dresses now. Just give me back ALL of my money and we will be done with it!

I received my dress yesterday, it was delayed for one week, at first I was worried about it, but the customer service apologised for that and promise to give me a discount. Now I received the dress, it is as beautiful as the pictures and it suits me alot.

Hi everyone

I have just received my bridesmaid dress from Dressale. I know how it going. I talked with customer service on the live cart, and you should first login in and then make an order. And their customer service Mary called me to confirm the information, I tracked my dress on the live chart, more than a week ago they told me that my dress was ok and would be shipped to me, that was fine. While it was delayed for almost one week, I was nervous, but they did give me a discount for my trouble. Several days ago I attend my friends wedding as bridesmaid, the dress were great on me.
