I have found three charges of 19.95 on my credit card. This company does not recognize the charges even when I read them from my credit card bill.No individual has called me to explain them after three separate calls to the company, Each time they respond that someone will call me within 24 to 48 hours. The time has elapse and I have not received any information.

The charges occurred on 12/08/2009, 1/05/2010, and 2/08/2010.
