It appears this internet base company offeres a "free download" of so-called PC scanning software supposedly to clean your PC and make it faster. However, I do NOT remember downloading it! and don't recall having any need to download it. SO....I am calling my bank to stop future charges by this company, if they can, or get a new debit card!

Is there anything else that can be done??

it's from "pctools.com". you may have downloaded a program like "spyware doctor" and used a credit card for renewal. Well this is probably the 1 year "auto-renewal".
I sent them an e-mail and they credited my card..........they were very nice. I had uninstalled "spyware doctor" about 6 months prior and started using the "free spyware".
