I too received a mystery charge from this company. What I found out is that they are the billing company for MANY different software companies. If you call them, they can look up the charge. Fortunately for me the charge ($480.00) was already refunded, but if you get a charge like that, it is best to cancel your card and cut it up--someone has somehow gotten your information. When you contact Element5, they will want to know which card the charge was made to, so have any pertinent information about the charges handy. Here's the contact information:

I TOO RECEIVED A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR "DRI ELEMENTS 5". MINE WAS $54.99 BUT AFTER SEEING SOMEONE MENTION "SOFTWARE", I REMEMBERED I BOUGHT A ANNUAL RENEWAL FOR AVG VIRUS PROTECTION. I AM GOING TO EMAIL AVG AND INFORM THEM IF THEY DON'T KNOW ALREADY THAT INSTEAD OF THEIR CUSTOMER RECEIPT SAYING "DRI AVG ONLINE STORE" WHICH I WOULD HAVE RECOGNIZED, IT SAYS "DRI ELEMENTS 5".
NO WORRIES MATE!
