I had only a certain ammount in my account, and they deducted $29.95, which made me short in paying my energy bill.

I did not give my permission to accass my account, but they did anyway!

I noticed there is another person who had the same ammount taken from her account. It would be nice to let her know who the company is that accessed her account also.
