Drive Financial Services Deceptive, Unfair, and Liars Dallas Texas

These people are the rip off experts. I have been lied to since the beginning of my contract with this company. I was credit challenged and was ecstatic that I was approved for a very nice car almost two years ago in January. I was advised that they would change my due date on my contract if I called, I did that weeks before my first payment was due, they promised me it was done but it was not, it took my persistience and my getting an attorney to handle harrassment by this company to change my due date a year and a half later.

They used my checking account information on file to process a payment electronically that I cancelled and still to this day have not credited my account for any outstanding fees. The Assistant Branch Manager, Chris Fornof e-mailed me and advised me that he would get my account straightened out but the next day he had a man to call me and threaten reposession on my car.

I also spoke with a Frank Airehart who "supposedly" straightened out incorrect credit marks on my credit due to an error on thier part, but to this day, this has not happened and that was back in April of this year. I have copies of e-mails and complaints written to the BBB and FTC and Attorney Generals office, and the only reason I got anywhere was becuase they had to reply within a certain amount of time to these offices.

They are vultures and have no respect for anyone, they use decietlful tactics to try and scare you to give payment over the phone immediately, they misrepresent who they are when they call. They are liars, deceitful and practice unlawful collection strategies. I have been trying to see if I can sue them, but attorneys dont want one individual person they want a class action lawsuit. I am interested in being a part of one and willing to disclose the e-mails to back up what I have said.
