Drive Financial Services HARASSING PHONE CALLS TO MYSELF, CO-WORKERS, FAMILY, Dallas Texas

I'm willing to participate in any lawsuit against this company!

I've been a customer with Drive Financial Services since 2004. I've had some health problems which caused me to take medical leave from my employer and fall behind on payments. Drive Financial has used down right scandalous tactics to collect payments. They have called and left threatening messages on my work and home voicemail. They have even called some references and attempted to bully them into making my payments.

I called Drive Financial from a co-worker's office one day (in order to have a private conversation). They began leaving messages for me on on her voicemail. When I contacted them about it, they lied and said they never called and have no record of the co-worker's phone number. They continued to leave messages and I contacted them again. This time the Agent claimed that he saw the number in the system and pretended to delete it. The calls continued even after that.

I also made the mistake of using my cousin's cell phone to report a payment. They began harassing her also. One Agent even accused her of being me. When my cousin told them to stop calling her phone they refused stating that they can use any information provided to them at their disposal. After a while, she stopped answering her phone but they would continue to call over and over again.

At the end of 2006, I made serveral back-to-back payments to catch up my loan. According to my records, I was only one payment behind. Drive Financial informed me that I was actually 2.5 payments behind. I asked what happened to all the payments I had made. They informed me that the payments were applied for interest and late fees. I was not informed that this would happen when the arrangements were made.

I am working as hard as possible to get this loan paid off and end my relationship with Drive Financial. This has been one terrible experience after another.
