This company is ugh! I am so sick and tired of dealing with Drive Financial. The customer service reps are very rude and nasty to you. Oh and they also love to give you conflicting information regarding your account balance. They call me back to back to back to the point where changing my number is almost what I want to do. Oh, my balance has not even begun to go down from what it originally was two years ago. I am so fed up I just to not know what to do. If they are practicing unfair business please include me on any lawsuit or class action suit you have because this is unfair to so many.

I can attest to the fact that the "customer service" reps are very rude. I called Drive Financial two days ago and asked for Ebony at the extension given to me by Ebony. The rep told me that I did not have an account manager and refused to put me thru to Ebony. I asked the rep how I would have Ebony's extension number without her giving it to me and the rep hung up on me. I get different information on my account every time I call. It seems to me that Drive would rather confuse their customers instead of really offering helpful solutions to issues.

I can verify the validity of this complain of Drive Financial representatives giving false information, conflicting information, or outright lying to its customers by supplying a recording of a conversation with a representative of Drive Financial earlier this afternoon.

Any attorney involved in a class action lawsuit with this company may contact me for access to these recordings.
