talk about bait and switch I talked to a guy named Will on the phone. When I got there
we were looking at the cars on the lot a black guy came out I told him I had a appointment to see Will he took me to the desk clerk the desk clerk said the black guy was  Will then another guy heading our way the black guy points at the other guy and said there's Will lol omg
we were pre approved for 17 grand online with zero down
we get there and a guy helps you fill out another application and while filling out the application with another guy he assured us they would agree to what we wanted

when the application is done then they bring out the dogg  that insult you about your credit score not being 800 which is none of the ponk business then he tells me and my wife have a nice trip on the bus.
i told him ill see you on the internet a**h***
they wanted 200 down which was not bad but 400 a month at 26% apr for a yugo $13,000.00
i should of told the c*** sucker to blow me.
thank you for your advice and hope others watch my video and be warned about
drive time and other corporate used car dealerships like them.

You were smart to walk out on Drive Time

Go to a credit union and get a pre-approval first before you shop for a vehicle. This way you won't get tied up with the subprime financing associated with those types of dealers (Drivetime type).

When you go to a legitimate dealership they too will try various tricks to get you to accept their less than stellar financing. Don't fall for it. Just use the approval from the credit union to purchase.

I don't know why auto sales representatives and F&I people think they can insult us and bully us into accepting one of their poor financing products. My theory is that enough people put up with the insults and then they still buy the car!  Until more people walk out without purchasing the auto finance people won't change their methods.

In the meantime, if you want to be treated well and end up with a good loan product, do your research on vehicles in your price range and get financed through a credit union.
